The Carlow/Kilkenny branch of The Samaritans will hold their annual flag day this weekend to help raise much needed funds for their 24-hour service.

Irish suicide charity 3Ts will hold a series of candlelight vigils around the country to mark World Suicide Prevention Day next week. A vigil will take place in St Nicholas’ Collegiate Church on Friday September 11 from 8pm to 9pm.
